Military honours were rendered for the inaugural visit of HM King Frederik X and HM Queen consort Mary (Australian) of Denmark,a key Ally,to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.Queen consort Mary has undertaken training with the Danish Armed Forces.The video shows the formation of the guard of honour;the posting of the guard of honour;the arrival of the delegations;the national anthems;the reviewing of the troops;the marching out of the guard of honour;and the greeting of the delegations.The honour battalion is led by the deputy commander of the guard battalion,LTCOL Sven Ueberschaer.The Bundeswehr Music Corps Siegburg played under the direction of LTCOL Weiper.Some different marches were played.The honour battalion is comprised of all three Bundeswehr branches:German Army,German Navy and Luftwaffe.
