Military honours for Iceland's President at Bellevue Palace,Berlin - YouTube - BTB-concept - 21 OCT 2024

Military honours were rendered for the inaugural visit of President Halla Tomasdottir of Iceland,a key Ally,to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.The video shows the formation of the guard of honour;the march in of the guard of honour;the arrival of the delegations;the arrival of the guest;the national anthems;the reviewing of the troops;the marching out of the guard of honour;the greeting of the delegations.The honour battalion was led by the commander of the guard battalion,LTCOL Maik Teichgraber.The hoour battalion is comprised of all three Bundeswehr branches:German Army,German Navy and Luftwaffe.The Bundeswehr Music Corps Siegburg played under the direction of LTCOL Weiper.Some different marches were played.
