Coal News
Russian steelmaker OAO Severstal has purchased PBS Coals,which owns 12 mines in Pennsylvania.The coal is needed for Severstal's U.S. mills.Severstal had recently purchased the Sparrows Point mill in Baltimore,Maryland from Arcelor Mittal(MT).
