New NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited President Alex Karis of Estonia at Tapa Army Base,headquarters of NATO Enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroup Estonia,which is UK-led,with additional troops from France and the US.Estonia has a land border with Russia,so the NATO efp Battlegroup Estonia bolsters deterrence and defence on NATO's Eastern Flank.
